Instructions for use Stain-X is ready for use right out of the bottle. For spots on carpeting, simply apply a generous amount to the stain. Allow time (30 - 60 seconds) for Stain-X to penetrate then blot up with clean absorbent toweling. Use on any water-washable fabric that is color fast. Simply apply, agitate and wash in the normal manner. Great as a laundry pre-wash stain remover. Original stain remover is also sold in 16 oz trigger spray bottles, and 128 oz (gallon) refill sizes.
