- Shipping is via UPS Or United States Postal Service.
- Time for delivery is up to 10 days plus UPS or United States Postal Service shipping times for most products.
- A 10% restocking fee is assessed on all returns, excluding exchanges.
- We allow returns up to 15 days after receipt of an item.
- Consumables (filters, wire, bags, toner, etc) and shipping fees are non refundable.
- We do not warranty user damage; initial defects must be reported within
48 hours of receipt.
- Returns must be shipped Pre-Paid with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or will be refused.
- Certain restrictions and limitations apply to free shipping offer, not applicable to all items.

Items ordered from AMNsales are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan or
drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or partnering warehouses.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground, or United States Postal Service parcel post, or manufacturers carrier for the 48 states. We DO NOT ship outside the US 48
contiguous states. Most in-stock orders are processed, filled and shipped
within 24 hours (business days only).
At times we may supplement packing material or re-box items into plain brown or white boxes, to ensure safe delivery of products at no additional charge to our customers. However most product boxes are never opened to maintain the factory seal, this includes factory-refurbished products. Our warehouse does not have pick-up or showroom facilities; therefore we ship all of our product.
Departure time can be up to 10 business days depending
on product location, , address verification, and payment issues. Total shipping time is departure time in addition to UPS or United States Postal Service shipping times. If indicated as a non-stocking, or back-ordered item on the order
form, we may require additional days for order processing.
If we are unable to fill your order for any reason (excluding holidays) 4 weeks from
the date of purchase, the order will be placed on hold and you will be
contacted to confirm if you would rather wait for the order or cancel.
AMNsales cannot be responsible for delays resulting in improper or inaccurate information provided by you to us, such as email addresses or telephone numbers. Please be advised that AMNsales is an internet company and uses Email as the main form of communication to it's customers, so please check you email regularly. AMNsales will never release, sell or distribute your Email address or other information to other companies without your prior permission, unless that information is required to facilitate your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee
15-Day Return Privilege
At AMNsales we want you to be satisfied with not only our service and low
prices, but also the product you purchased. If you are not happy with your
selection you may return it to us for a refund less a 10% restocking fee.
Simply email or call us for a return merchandise authorization number to put on the box and ship the item(s)to us postage paid to arrive back within 15 days of receipt. If you choose to
exchange that item for another item we will credit 100% of the
returned items value to your new purchase, you would still be responsible for all shipping charges.
Because of their unique nature, consumable items such as vacuum bags, filters, wire, cleaning chemicals or fax supplies are non-refundable/non-returnable. Certain other items, such as Panasonic business telephones and their accessories are also non-returnable/non-refundable due to the agreements we have with certain manufacturers. If an item is non-refundable/non-returnable it will be clearly marked as so, in the detail or warranty section of the individual item(s).
After the 15 day return privilege has expired any defects, damages or
repairs must be completed by the manufacturer or warranty issuer. Returns
without a valid return merchandise authorization number or after 15 days will be refused & returned
to you. Items returned damaged (excluding initially defective units for exchange) will be charged an appropriate repair fee. If you request special expedited shipping, those fees are non-refundable. Any return and/or exchange will be done via standard UPS ground or United States Postal Service.
Shipping Damage & Initial Defects
Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us via email, fax or phone of any damage or defects. Failure to notify us immediately of
shipping damage or defects will indicate your acceptance of the order as
complete and satisfactory. First call
UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the United States Postal Service, to notify them of the damage, and then call
AMNsales, we will take care of the reshipment for you once UPS has
recovered the damaged item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at AMNsales's discretion. If you request a refund (in lieu of a no charge exchange) of damaged or defective items, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Address & Delivery
Our shipping cost is incurred once the order leaves our door, and neither
it nor the products can be canceled or "recalled" once shipped. Address
corrections to items already picked up by the carrier are billed at $5.00
per package. Refunds within our 15-day return privilege can only be given to
our customers who return the product in a reasonable condition. The item,
all accessories, packaging and instruction manual / warranty card must be
returned for full credit. You must call for a Return Authorization Number
BEFORE returning any product. All returns must be shipped POSTAGE PAID as we do not pay return postage. Nor will we expedite exchange shipping at our cost.
PLACING AN ORDER
On-Line Ordering
To Order On-Line, simply click on "Add To Cart" or "Buy Now" for the item you would like to purchase, fill in the order form and submit. Online ordering is available 24 Hours / 7 Days a week. Ordering on-line places information directly into our database and speeds the shipping process. Online orders are secured through an SSL server, and PGP encryption, and are in fact more secure than the use of a phone!
Fax in Ordering
You can fax an order to us anytime at 1-877-418-3284. When faxing an order please include the make & model number of the item you would like, Your name, Complete billing and shipping address, contact , and credit card number/expiry date. Please use our fax-in order from the check-out page to complete fax-in orders.
